JIM COLEY
jcoley@landfallrealty.comMy wife and I are both North Carolina natives. After graduating from UNCW I knew I wanted to make Wilmington my home. After 25 years in the restaurant business, I changed careers and joined the staff at Landfall Associates.
Living in Landfall is great, but living and working in Landfall is even better. Even with our busy work schedules, I find the time to enjoy all the amenities the Port City has to offer. I am very involved in my church and I fish as much as possible. Over the years, many of our family members have moved to Wilmington. Now my wife and I feel like we have the best of all worlds.
SHANNON ANDREWS
shannonandrews@landfallrealty.comWhen I relocated to Wilmington five years ago, I was looking for many of the same basic elements that most of my Landfall Realty customers are looking for; I wanted a not-so-big coastal city that had a university, beaches, history, culture, an airport and, of course, great restaurants. Wilmington was a perfect fit. I've been a sales agent at Landfall Realty since 2001 and I love helping people find property in a community that is truly one-of-a-kind. I work in a beautiful place, I meet interesting people, and I keep beach chairs in the back of my car for popping down to Wrightsville Beach for fantastic sunsets. Do I have the best job in the world or what?
BECKY SPIVEY
beckyspivey@landfallrealty.comUpon graduating from UNCW in 1991, I obtained a position as Sports Coordinator for the Landfall Sports Center. I enjoyed the interaction with the members and developed close relationships with many residents. In 2001, I was fortunate to be offered a sales associate position with Landfall Realty. I have enjoyed uniting people of various backgrounds and experiences with their new friends in the community. After years of helping customers and friends experience new lifestyles in the Landfall neighborhood, my family and I now reside in Landfall.
VICKIE RUNYON
vickierunyon@landfallrealty.comI had sold real estate in Great Falls, Virginia, for 18 years, and it was time for a change. I did a lot of research on various areas and visited lots of communities from Virginia to Florida. After seeing Wilmington and discovering Landfall, nothing else even compared. This was exactly what I was looking for - small but progressive town, great medical facilities, an airport, good restaurants and cultural events, a gorgeous, gated community with a private club, mild climate and of course...the beach! I have lived here, played here, and worked here for years, and I absolutely love it!
ALISON BERNHART
alisonbernhart@landfallrealty.comAfter moving to Landfall in 1990 from Alexandria, Virginia, I was excited to begin working at Landfall. With my love of southern and classic homes, Landfall provided the perfect venue for meeting friends from all over the country and helping them to create their dream home. My husband and I always knew that we would end up at Wrightsville Beach, but Landfall offered the best of all worlds, close to beach, but in a permanent home community with beautiful and unique architecture. Currently I am teaching a real estate course at UNCW and working on several community committees. Spare time is spent chasing Miss Lily, our Jack Russell Terrier, and Paddington, her Labrador retriever brother around the neighborhood and planning the Black Tie Barbecue for the fall.
MARTIE DAVY
martiedavy@landfallrealty.comWe moved to Wilmington in 1995 and instantly knew it was a special place that we had been seeking. Our street in Landfall took me back to another era. All of the children in the neighborhood played outside all day. After dinner they couldn’t wait to start a game of “Capture the Flag” until bedtime. Our family enjoys the Landfall Fourth of July parades, Halloween hay rides, Easter egg hunts, and block parties. Wilmington is truly a great place to raise my family.
I sold real estate in the Philadelphia suburbs from 1986 through 1995. After a five year hiatus to raise my three young daughters and enjoying many hours on tennis courts and beaches, I renewed my real estate license in 2000. After selling new construction on the Intracoastal Waterway, I joined Landfall Realty 2005. I’m all about family and I truly believe that we are a family at Landfall Realty.
